Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
Acceptance
By creating an account or using TimeEzy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
TimeEzy is a scheduling tool that helps teams coordinate meetings across time zones. We provide it on a free-to-use basis. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time. We will do our best to give notice of significant changes.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow others to access your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use TimeEzy. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use TimeEzy to send spam, harass other users, or engage in any unlawful activity. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
Your content
You own the content you create in TimeEzy — meeting titles, descriptions, and similar data. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and display that content solely to provide the service to you.
Availability
We aim to keep TimeEzy available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may need to perform maintenance or deal with unexpected outages. We are not liable for any losses caused by downtime.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
Limitation of liability
TimeEzy is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or within the app. Continued use of TimeEzy after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
